PAGPAPAKAMATAY NA LALAKI SA KYUSI NAPIGIL NI MAYOR BAUTISTA AT VICE MAYOR JOY BELMONTE

NASA larawan si Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte at ang pinigl ni Mayor Herbert Bautista na magpapakamatay na lalaki sa ika14 na palapag ng gusali ng Quezon City habang kinakausap nya upang alamin ang dahilan ng kanyang ginawa.

NAPIGIL ang pagpapakamatay ng isang 41 anyos na lalaki na napag-alamang dating bayaw ni Kagawad Francis Duncan g Barangay Central.

Bandang mag-a-alas dos ng hapon ng mamataan si Joeph Litonjua ng isang empleyado na nakatayo sa labas ng bintana ng ika-14 na palapag ng Quezon City Hall Main Bulding.

Inabot din ng halos isang oras ang neosasyon ng mga DPOS Rescue Team sa pamumuno ni Noel Lansang kasama pa rin ang mga Kagawad ng Pulisya na pinangunahan ni P/C Insp. Ritchi Claravall ng Quezon City Hall Police Action Center subalit napahinuhod lamang ng dumating at puntahan siya ni Mayor Herbert M. Bautista.

Ang dahilan umano ng kanyang pagpapakamatay ay dahil sa maraming atraso nya sa kanyang pamilya lalo na sa kanyang bayaw na nadispalkuhan nya ng pera at taxi na minamaneho.

Ayon sa Quezon City Anti Drug Abuse Council (QCADAC) Psychologist na si Liberty Magno na positibong nakagamit ng ipinagbabawal na gamut itong si Joseph ng Barangay Central kahapon at kaya nagawa ang muntik nang pagpapakamatay ay dahil sa tuliro at may epekto pa ring droga.

Sa kasalukuyan ay inaasikaso na ang pagpapadala sa kanya sa Drug Rehabilitation ng tanggapan ni Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte.

Ayon sa Consultant ni Vice Mayor na si Valerie Bernardino ay ibig unahin ng Bise Alkalde ang maisaayos ang pagkatao at dumaan sa counseling at rehabilitation ang nasabing lalaki.

KASALUKUYANG kinakausap si Kagawad Francis Dungca ng Barangay Central ni Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte upang sabihin nya siya ang dahilan ng tangkang pagpapakamatay ni Joseph Lintojua, bayaw ng nasabing Kagawad.
