Bautista joined President Aquino in the ceremonial banging of the peace bell at Quezon City Memorial Circle, one of the ceremonies prepared by the President’s allies led by Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) Secretary Teresita Deles during the chief executive’s birthday.
