Ehersisyo, Mainam Sa Kalusugan

 

Bahagi ba ng inyong pang-araw-araw na gawain ang pag-eehersisyo? May panahon ka pa bang mag-ehersisyo kahit abala  sa trabaho at gawaing bahay?

Ang paglalakad, pagtakbo, paglalaro ng basketball, pagsasayaw, push-ups at mga simpleng stretches ay ilan lang sa mga ehersisyo na maaaring gawin sa bahay o sa opisina.

Ayon sa mga eksperto ang palagiang pag-eehersisyo ay maraming benipisyo na maidudulot sa ating katawan gaya ng mga sumusunod:

· Mainam na pampababa ng timbang, pampaganda ng blood circulation o pagdaloy ng dugo, maging ng muscle tone at pagpapatibay ng puso at baga;

· Tumutulong  sa maayos na pagtulog; at

· Pang-alis ng stress.

Ang pag-ehersisyo nang palagian ay inirerekomenda tatlo o apat na beses sa isang linggo nang 20 hanggang 30 minuto o lagpas pa.
